what it's like...

to be FOUR months old??

lemme tell ya :)

*when i'm on my back, i can roll allllll the way over to my tummy. once i'm on my tummy i kinda get cranky though.

*i can sit in my bumbo and play with toys when mommy is getting ready for work or church

*i can hold my head up on my own now and turn it from side to side to see all the action goin on :)

*i use my hands to grab toys and shake, shake, shake 'em!!

*when i'm in my bathtub, i wooovvveeee to splash until mommy has to re-fill it because i splashed all the water out{that really does happen}

*i get excited when i hear mommy's voice when she gets home from work.....i misss her soooo much :)

*when mommy and daddy talk to me, i smile, squeal, and coo.....they think it's so cute :)

*i sometimes copy what mommy and daddy are saying, the sounds they make

*i make lots of different sounds.....they say i babble. when i'm happy, i coo, squeal, gurgle, giggle, grin , and at times i have been known to lol

*i love to look at myself in the mirror....i really lol when i see a baby in the mirror

*i get bored when im by myself on the floor.....i love to interact i guess with people :)

*i have started crying when mommy or daddy lay me down on the couch to change my diaper.

*i looove to be sung to....its my fav!! i dont even judge mommy or daddy when they sound not very good...i still lol and giggle :)

*mommy thinks im workin on gettin some teeth pretty soon because i drooooolll all over the place.....o boy :)

*im finally growing some hair, i like to call it peach fuzz. mommy is pretty excited about this, i don't know what the big deal is.

this is what i look like at FOUR months old

we fall in love with you more and more each day.
you still bring tears to your momma's eyes just thinking
how precious you are. i love being your momma, but
you make it pretty easy to love my momma job :)

my first embrace the camera......

so i stumbled across the anderson crew blog and fell in love with her idea of embrace the camera......the whole purpose of this idea is to get yourself in FRONT of the camera instead of BEHIND the camera all the time. to include yourself in photos, for the kiddies sake.....for when someday we leave this world. here's to hoping i can keep up with embrace the camera :)

this isn't the newest snappie but it wasn't too long ago :)

it's been a good night....

notice the different clothes??? yep, we had a bit of a 'blow out' :)

other happenings at our hizniz....WARNING:
this may be kinda gross to some but utterly funny to the hubster.
the hub looks outside to see our dog with the neighbor girl dog, possibly trying to have pups.
then we look again, and the girl neighbor dog is dragging our dog around the lawn.
wth? yea, what the heck?
we go outside to see whats happening and yep, he is actually stuck to her. gross i know. i thought so too.
had to hold both dogs down until our bentley dog relaxed a bit to get un-stuck.
hahaha. NEVER thought that would EVER happen nor COULD happen!
sorry if i grossed you out.


to finish the post:
this beauty is masons great-grandma that went Home two weeks ago....this one of the last pictures of them together. mason was her 13th great-grandchild and he was born on the 13th :) she thought he was pretty special :)

my desk is sayin...

cheers to a busy week...however it's drivin me a bit nuts.....

ya know, not organized and all!!
too busy to clean. it seems like when i hit the school doors at 7:55am(ya know im getting there later and later because i'm lovin up all over my mase in the mornings) i start sprinting. im sprinting until 3:20pm. then i put my feet up and breeeeaaaattthhhhhh.
then hurry up and get ready for tomorrow as fast as i can so i can race home like a mad woman and wovie all up with wittle maseman some more. kiss those lippies. squeeze those cheekies. feel his peach fuzz hair with my lips. and love him up until its nigh nigh time.

the little owl coffee mug sittin there all nice and cute like amongst the clutter :)
my kiddies at school named him....mr. owl....and he's friends with them all!!!!

little maseman loves to shake it like a polaroid picture....
...maybe even drop it like it's hot....

he gets giggly and squirmy and ooooo soooo cute when he hears this song....
{auntie mckayla helps him dance too....guess we'll have to get this on video sometime soon}

a new milestone :)

yes, yes, YES!! he did it!!!!
my wittle wovie mason rolled over for the first time wednesday......
YAHOO!!!!!!!!
...and we finally got it on tape...the hubster did at least....




my wittle wovie was in a giggly kind of mood too...had to catch it as well. :)
i gotta tell ya, watching mr. hubster and mase together makes...
